Field Day 1997 
Field Day 1997, under the direction of Bruce, N3OSV, was held at a new location: the Stewartstown Recreation Center and Fairgrounds. Using the call sign KB3BJV we operated class 3A. We also operated a Novice Station and made some digital contacts on VHF packet and HF RTTY. Bruce reports that our score was over 2,000 points!

Thanks to the efforts of Harry, KX3M, we had prizes to award to outstanding field day participants. Harry contacted several local restaurants and convinced them to provide a complimentary meal for designated winners. In addition, Steve, KE3TW, arranged for a $20 gift certificate from the Monkton Bicycle Shop. Award winners were as follows:
